12/16/08: Media & Mild Updates!
I've
added Heroes S03E13 to the media section. That episode is the last of
season 3, which is the only season I had planned to upload... So,
Heroes season 3 has been moved to completed anime section. I've also
updated the site status due to this. The Podcasts & SWF Games
sections have been updated/had a noticede posted on 'em, due to me
changing some server stuff... Nothing in the way of "good news". If
anything, it's a bit of "sad news". Laterz.

...So,
the sad site news. Well, after over a full year of TWF being open, I
will be closing this site down January 1st, 2009. Why do such a thing?
I'm getting like 5 hits a day, the layout sucks, there is no other
staff, I'm lazy and don't really like TWF much anymore, and overall,
just want to relax a bit.
So, here's what will happen. December
31st, I'll make a last post on the site, and after that, on january
1st, 2009, I'll all of December's news into the archive. I'll then say
"Closed" n the front page (splash page), and where the news would be,
I'll say closed.
What will happen to TWF? Well, it's
complicated. You see, the site is hosted by bravenet/bravehost, and is
totally free. So, it's quite possible that TWF will stay up for years
to come, but just not be updated. I won't be checking TWF much after
Jan. 1st, 2009, as I don't really need to. I'll still be working as a
excellent staff member over at:

I'm
known as tremblewithfear6 on those sites, and am quite good at what I
do. I'm sure a lot of you saw this coming, with all the lack of
updates, and no actvity from any members on the shoutbox and forums.
It's
somewhat possible that I'll pick this site up in a year or two, buy a
domain, make a new layout, add a real forums up, get a dedicated media
server, and also have many staff members, and a news system for the
site. Maybe by then, I'll be good at graphics ^_^. So, yeah... I'm
sorry to any fans out there (probably nobody), but it's TWF's time to
go. I'll continue updates/media until December 31st, where I will then
make the final TWF post, and say my goodbyes.
