Super Mario Sunshine Super Mario Sunshine really surprised me. When I bought the game, I was honestly expecting something sort of like Super Mario 64. The great part, was it was way different. Of course, like all Mario games, it stuck to the plot of saving the Princess. So the story is to save the world and the Princess from a guy that looks just like Mario, and keeps painting this tar-like substance all over every town. The tar-like substance can have enemies come out of it, as well as covers up these “sunshine” things that look like mini suns. Each time you get a mini-son thing, the sky turns lighter, and you are one step closer to finally beating the game. You defeat the enemies with water and lava type things than are connected by a hose on your back. So, it’s like you have a back pack with a hose attached to it, and it’s on your back. You can also use the water to do such things as “hyper-jumps”, which is when the water from the jets on your back shoot the ground and you do a much large jump, or glide.
